Don Capirito is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

App Usage and Progress Data
The App may store learning progress, completed lessons, streaks, fan counts, level progress, and other gameplay-like learning data.
This information is used to provide the core app experience.
Depending on the features you use, this data may be stored on your device and may also be synced through cloud services for backup and use across multiple devices.
Sign in with Apple
If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, we may receive a unique user identifier provided by Apple.
If you choose to share it, we may also receive your email address.
We use this information only for authentication and cloud synchronization.
Contact Information
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or provide support.
Purchase Information
If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may receive limited information related to your purchase or subscription status when necessary to provide paid features.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Unless clearly stated otherwise inside the App, Don Capirito does not intentionally collect:
- Your precise location
- Your contacts
- Your photos or videos
- Your microphone recordings
- Your camera data
- Advertising identifiers for tracking
3. How We Use Information
We use information only for purposes related to operating and improving Don Capirito, including:
- Providing Spanish learning features
- Saving learning progress
- Backing up or syncing progress across devices
- Displaying streaks, levels, fans, and app progress
- Authenticating your app account when you use Anonymous Auth or Sign in with Apple
- Managing access to paid features, if applicable
- Responding to support requests
- Maintaining app reliability and security
4. Third-Party Services
Don Capirito is distributed through the Apple App Store.
We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud synchronization, and app functionality, including anonymous authentication and Firestore-based progress backup and sync.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements, purchase status, and access to premium features.
Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and App Store usage according to Apple's own privacy practices.
If we add additional third-party services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain what services are used and what information they may process.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If Don Capirito offers premium features, subscriptions, or other paid content, those transactions are handled by Apple.
Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and the App Store.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Learning progress and app-related data may be stored on your device and through cloud services used for backup and multi-device synchronization.
If you delete your account from within the App, your authentication account and associated cloud-synced learning data will be permanently removed.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active App Store subscriptions. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain support records.
7. Children's Privacy
Don Capirito considers the protection of children's privacy important.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will take appropriate action.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information associated with the App.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
You may stop using the App at any time.
Deleting the App from your device removes the app from that device, but it does not delete the account or learning data stored in the cloud.
To delete your account and related cloud learning data, please use the "Delete Account" feature in the App.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active App Store subscription. Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID subscription settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
