Don Capirito is designed to help users practice Spanish through bite-sized lessons, game-like progression, fan milestones, streaks, and character-driven learning.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws
• Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App
• Misuse app content, characters, artwork, music, branding, or design assets

Don Capirito is a language learning app.

We aim to provide useful and enjoyable Spanish practice, but we do not guarantee that use of the App will result in any specific learning outcome, fluency level, test result, or educational achievement.

Don Capirito is distributed through the Apple App Store.

Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard end user license agreement, unless a separate custom license applies.

Apple is responsible for handling App Store payments, billing, subscriptions, refunds, and related App Store account matters.

The App may offer premium features, paid content, or subscriptions.

If you purchase a paid feature or subscription, payment will be charged through your Apple ID via the App Store.

Subscriptions, if offered, may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Deleting your Don Capirito account does not automatically cancel active App Store subscriptions.

We do not directly process your payment card information.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

Don Capirito, Capi, app visuals, characters, logos, artwork, UI design, copy, sounds, and other content associated with the App are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not use Don Capirito branding, characters, images, or other assets without permission, except as allowed by law.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you agree that we may use them to improve the App without compensation or obligation to you.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

We may also modify features, content, pricing, or availability as the App evolves.

We are not responsible for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of revenue, device issues, or interruption of service.

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or restrict access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful or unlawful way.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
